Because it’s completely true. We play things in our minds that is not  necessarily always right for our well being. I mean, things in our minds  can stress us, make us sick, scare us, think things that are not even  there, but why do so? To me, my body is like a brick because of just  worrying to much about things that are not always important. You’re just  making it harder on yourself. Thoughts can be a powerful thing. It can  make you. It can break you. It can take you. The mentality of us doing  so is way more intense than necessary. Sometimes, we just need to take a  second and… BREATHE.
